Photo and Video Policy

We often take photographs and videos at our events to capture the energy and community that makes Out For Business special. Media captured at our events is solely for promotional purposes - to showcase our vibrant membership and demonstrate the value we provide LGBTQ professionals.

By participating in a Out For Business event, you acknowledge:

- Photographs and video recordings may be captured at events. This media may be used in Out For Business marketing materials, social media, website, and promotions.

- Your attendance implies consent for the capture and use of your likeness. Please inform our event team if you prefer not to be photographed. 

- Captured media may be edited, copied, published, or distributed without notification or compensation.

- There are no geographic or time limitations on Out For Business's right to use these materials.  

- Use of photos and videos will be limited to the promotional purposes stated above.

We create a welcoming environment for all professionals regardless of sexual orientation. Appearing in Out For Business media does not imply or indicate sexual orientation.
